Sandra Marie "Sandy" Fox (born July 13, 1963) is an American voice actress who has done work for Animaze, Magnitude 8 Post, NYAV Post, Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Studiopolis. She's known for voicing Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon in Sailor Moon R.
She is married to voice actor Lex Lang.
